I loved my stay here & strongly recommend it. Close to the airport, 12 miles. Parking was provided to the guests. In love with holland.

Very friendly staff, comfortable & quiet place to stay and very clean. Close to Westfield Shopping Centre and Kensington Olympia underground station is right behind the hotel. Will definitely come back.

Michael was very pleasant in welcoming us. The "apartment" was exceptionally clean and very very comfortable.

had to ask for toilet rolls. no plates/cups etc (this is supposed to be an apartment with facilities for microwaving or snacks etc)

Only 1 pillow - which was far too thick for me

The apartment was clean and spacious to some extent unlike other venues in London (5 stars hotels included). The staff were nice and friendly and offered help whenever I asked for it.

The building doesn't have an elevator, so it is very difficult to move your heavy luggage up and down the stairs which were very narrow. I didn't get any cleaning service during my stay despite asking for it several times (i stayed for 9 days). Each apartment comes with one key copy, so for a large family that would be difficult.

The staff is amazing very helpful an I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are clean. The apartment is nearby a nice shopping mall (Westfield shopping centre) where you can find everything. And the train station is on the corner. Will definitely recommend other people to stay here. And I will definitely come back.

On arrival they didnt make clear that they had given away the double room that we had booked, waited for us to pay then said they will be bringing an extra bed. When we got to our room we realised that it was actually a single room. When I confronted the receptionist he said that he had tried to call me to confirm that I was still coming and because I had not answered he gave our room to somebody else. He then said they had tried to charge my card and it had been declined but on a previous telephone call made a week prior to the stay he had called and I had specifically told him I would not be changing my bank details as I would be paying by cash on arrival and that as it was booked through Booked.net there should not be any charges made to my card he agreed. When I further confronted him about this he said it was there policy which I then said they shouldnt be advertising rooms on a site that is only for booking purposes. He offered to give us £10 out of his own pocket to make up for the fact they had give us the wrong room. I declined this as we was not paying £120 for a single room. I persisted in telling him that I was not happy and to call his manager. We seemed to be getting nowhere so called Booked.net to let them know. The very helpful lady said she would be contacting them and the matter would be sorted and not to worry or panic and that she had informed the hotel not to give our room away til 18:30 we arrived at 15:10. when she rang back they had informed her that they had offered us sufficient accomodation as they was putting an extra bed in the room (mind that the room had no space for an extra bed which meant fire safety issues and the bed was a fold up bed for a young child).

The manager was helpful in addressing my concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.

Bare bones, kind of depressing, no phone and manager not usually on duty though available by phone.

No staff present when I arrived, had to wait 10 minutes in the snow for someone to unlock the front door for me

I have left from here to France after 2 nights missing my iPad. Oh my god! But i called the owner and then he sent me my iPad to my house (Korea). He is very honest, kind. This apartment is not near the underground and not comfortable. But It is good and cheap to stay for group and i recommand this hotel to other visitor.

location ( communal garden at rear made our room quiet ) cleanliness fair price decent fridge,cooker,kitchen facilities BUT NOTHING PROVIDED TO SELF CATER WITH!

sofa bed for guest 3 and 4 not very comfortable - noisy boiler (?) in room 4 mugs and glasses some cutlery but no other crockery/kitchenware provided bed linen clean but no pillow or matress protectors - will soil quickly.

We enjoyed the friendly staff and the location. Although not many locals are familiar with the place. It took awhile to find.

We did not have hot water the entire trip. Although staff was courteous the problem was not solved.

Rooms quite big and spacious for a family of 4 with kitchen accessories.. Staff is very friendly and we get to extend 01hour as our transport pick up was at 12noon whereas check out is 11am.

Slightly too far to get food.Need to walk about 20mins to get to restaurants near Westfield shopping mall to have our meals or need to take subway as not many nearby restaurants . Shower having hot water cycle every 1min which makes showering abit frustating.
